Clinical Effect Observation Of Two Kinds Of Treatment Of Pronation External Rotation Ankle Fractures

Objective:To provide the clinical basis for selection and operation standardconservative treatment of pronation external rotation ankle fractures, and to analyze thereasons, different treatment to improve the curative effect, reduce the postoperativecomplications.Methods: The retrospective study was performed on the clinical data of50patients inShandong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from October to2012since2010December were complete, and the mean postoperative follow-up of1year, long-termeffect of income will be graded using Mazur ankle joint scoring standard, curative effectobservation.50cases according to the different therapeutic methods for conservativetreatment and operation treatment group, two patients in sex, age composition of eachindex was no significant difference, comparable. The growth status of two groups ofpatients during the follow-up, Mazur score and callus, the data in each group werestatistically analyzed.Results: All of the cases were followed up, long-term effect of reference Mazur anklejoint scoring standard, second degree by t test, p=0.534>0.01, showed no significantdifferences, no significant difference between the two groups of curative effect is; thirddegree by t test, p=0.002<0.01, with a significant difference, operation curative effectbetter than conservative group IV injury; by t test, p=0.001<0.01, there were significantdifferences in operation group, curative effect is better than conservative group;Conclusion: Pronation ankle fracture degree and shift the lighter of conservativetreatment can obtain ideal curative effect, and the soft tissues damage light, conducive tothe growth of callus; IV degree and inferior tibiofibular syndesmosis separation ofoperation group was significantly better than conservative group.
