Objective:To explore the improvement effect of JI KANG I Decoction on clinical curative effect of postoperative rehabilitation conditions, the purpuse is provide evidence for myelopathic postoperative cervical spondylosis in the future study,.Method:Clinical data from patients with CSM surgery department from February2011to December2013, the Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of TCM. Case selected a total of32cases of myelopathic postoperative cervical spondylosis,32cases randomly divided into2groups, including17cases treatment group and15cases in the control group.All the cases giving regular treatment, on the basis of the control group,the treatment group giving JI KANG I Decoction after fasting,7days for1course of treatment, Continuous using four courses; observing the score recordst of he VAS pain score and the JOAscore after1week,2weeks,3weeks,4weeks medication. Comparative analysis of the two groups of patients in the general data to assess whether the statistical differences between two sets clear whether comparable.Observed after one week, two weeks,three weeks, four weeks time point VAS pain score and JOA score, for comparative analysis, observation and summary of the differences.Result:Treatment group at week2and so on, the pain score compared with the control group is significantly reduced.Difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);Compared with control group, treatment group at3weeks,4weeks of the JOA score was statistically difference (p<0.05),Spinal cord function in treatment group improved significantly, and the score of the treatment group continues to improve.Conclusion:Medication with conventional treatment or add JI KANG I Decoction all can improve the state of the spinal cord function after surgery for cervical spondylosis, but conventional treatment combined with JI KANG I Decoction have more curative effect on improving spinal cord function status, which is worthy of the clinical use.
