Etomidate Composite Remifentanil Used In The Clinical Observation Of Children Congenital Anal Atresia Surgery Anesthesia

Objective:to explore the etomidate composite remifentanil used inpediatric congenital anal atresia surgery anesthesia safety and applicability.Methods:36cases of ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ level of children with congenital analatresia according to birth order were randomly divided into: ketaminegroup group (K), etomidate composite remifentanil group (R group) andetomidate compound fentanyl group (group F). Record before anesthesiainduction, endotracheal intubation, skin incision around the heart rate (HR)and blood pressure (BP) change and awaken anesthesia time, recoveryroom stay time.Results: K group with HR and BP increases significantly afterendotracheal intubation, intraoperative anesthesia induced significantlyhigher lead levels, awakening time and recovery room stay time is long; F,the R group with HR and BP declined significantly after anesthesiainduction, intraoperative below the water level before anesthesia induction,awakening time two groups of anesthesia and recovery room residencetime shorter than K group. Anesthesia group than in group F and R stay time and recovery room of awakening time shorter.Conclusion: etomidate compound, fentanyl anesthesia for pediatriccongenital anal atresia surgery safer methods applied.
