| Dry chemistry analysis has characteristics of simplicity, speediness and needlessness of liquid reagent etc when compared with conventional wet chemistry analysis in clinical laboratory science. The research in dry chemistry in China started rather late and most applied foreign sophisticated technologies, therefore it is of great significance for domestic promotion and application of dry chemistry technology to develop dry chemical reagent with the independent intellectual property.A class of biochemical dry slides that are different from foreign products were developed by fixing the biochemical reagents to a polymer film carrier. The dry slides for analysis of Hemoglobin, Albumin and Total Protein were prepared. Then a dry biochemical method for measurement of Hemoglobin, Albumin and Total Protein was established in combination with a dry biochemical analyzer. A series of evaluation of the dry biochemical method established, including linear test, stability test, repeatability test and the comparison of methodology were made.The three kinds of dry slides prepared colored uniformly and their color gradients were evident. The linear ranges of dry biochemical method established were10-160g/L for Hemoglobin,5.87-47.0g/L for Albumin and18-72g/L for Total Protein. Taking Hemoglobin dry slide for example, it showed excellent stability within30days when stored at4.℃refrigerator. This method also had a good repeatability as its interassay and intraassay coefficient of variation were all less than5%. The correlation between dry chemistry method established and wet chemistry method proved to be good. |
