ObjectiveTo explore the significance of Neutrophil Gelatinase-Associated Lipocalin, Interleukin-18cystatin C, in early diagnosis of kidney damage in Coronary angiography afterpercutaneous Coronary intervention.Methods:Selected180patients from January,2014toMay,2012in order to detect the levels ofNAGL in urine, IL-18urine, cystatin C in blood and creatinine in blood, the samplesware collected in preoperative, The first day, the second day and the third day, depending on the level of creatinine the case ware distributed to the NO CIN group andthe CIN group.Results1.180cases of the object of study in13cases of CIN,the incidence of cin (7.3%).2. The level of NGAL in urine of the first day reaches its peak, it has statisticallysignificant (P <0.05);.3. IL-18levels peaked at the second day (P <0.05).4. Blood CysC change is not obvious, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).5. The area of NAGL, IL–18under the ROC curve were0.902,0.763, and thesensitivity was79%,64%, specificity of58%,82%respectively.Conclusion1. Urine NGAL in early diagnosis of acute kidney injury (AKI) is a sensitive marker.2. Urinary IL-18also has certain diagnostic value in CIN.3. The urine NGAL is urine IL-18more sensitive in the prediction of CIN, but NGAL diagnose CIN alone by many potential factors of interference, cross reactants, endogenoussubstances.
