A Research Based On Grounded Theory About The Drug Re-registration And The Adverse Drug Reaction Report And Monitoring In Chongqing

Although it has been almost hundred years since the establishment ofthe discipline of pharmacy administration,in our country as a formaldiscipline only thirty years old,the development of the discipline isimperfect both normative study method and theory construction.The studyof the discipline of pharmacy administration is a kind of social scienceresearch and the aim is to answer the problems of one field or one aspect ofthe pharmacy administration.Most of the studies of the pharmacyadministration are at the experience level in our country,researchs oftenremain in the data collection stage and rarely survey the results to befurther classified and summarized as the theoretical proposition ofpharmacy administration.the theory study is often speculative abstractphilosophy and rarely to develop or modify it′s analysis frame workcombined with social reality,such as overlooking positivism,researchsubjects too broad,theory that can be applied in to the researehlaek,researeh method used improperly.Although grounded theory has been considered as one of the mostscientific qualitative research methods,which has been extensively used inforeign countries and as the qualitative research has achieved fruitfulresults in the areas of sociology,anthropology, psychology,education and other fields.Academics in our country had not yet been given extensiveattention to this methodology.Application of the grounded theory researchin sociology,psychology,management science and other fields havecontinued fast growth trend,but in the pharmacy administration it isremains a blank.In view of this,on the one hand,in order to introduce scientific researchmethods of pharmacy administration,enriching and deepening thepharmacy administration researchs.On the other hand,combined with thefirst drug re-registration and new〝Regulation for the Adminisration ofAdverse Drug Reaction Report and Monitoring〞,In order to solve thespecific problems of drug re-registration and adverse drug reactionreporting and monitoring,this paper collected datas through expertinterviews,questionnaire and other methods,Applying the classic groundedtheory,which a normative qualitative research method for data processingand construction,carried out in-depth situational grounded research in drugre-registration and adverse drug reaction reporting and monitoring inChongqing City.These studies were summarized the preliminary theory of drug re-registration and drug production enterprises reporting and monitoring ofadverse drug reactions,That weak supervision of existing drugre-registration system can not meet the needs of the development of drugmanufacturers.we should through the″combination and perfect″,″changethe way″,″give up the virtual and pay attention to realistically″and otherpolicy measures and toward the direction of "simplified","open","bilateral"," efficient " to improving and developing gradually.At present,thedrug manufacturers ADR reporting and monitoring at the initial stage ofdevelopment without the cornerstone,they can take the first a " basic" after four "expansion" mode to carry out related work. This provides a valuablereference and practical guidance for the future more in-depth research inrelated fields.Of course,due to the limitation of time,energy,researchresource and capacity,this article also left much to be desired,need to domore in-depth research and practical verification in the future.
