Objective: MODS New Zealand white rabbit intestinal mechanical barrier byobserved Jianpiyiqi soup, its clinical efficacy MODS gastrointestinal dysfunction inpatients, research the Jianpiyiqi soup intestinal mechanical barrier protectionmechanism. Departure from the intestinal mechanical barrier and serum D-lactic acid,serum epidermal growth factor (EGF) relevance to further explain the mechanism ofthe disorders of the the Spleen Qi Decoction MODS gastrointestinal function, andprovide ideas for the late large sample study.Methods: Experimental study of rabbit ear vein injection of LPS to establishthe the MODS model, were randomly divided into the MODS control group, lowJianpiyiqi soup, the high-dose group, five groups with the normal control group.Each set of experimental data to compare, to observe different dose Jianpiyiqi soupof New Zealand white rabbits gastrointestinal function score, serum D-lactic acid,serum EGF. The clinical study of50patients with MODS gastrointestinaldysfunction were randomly divided into a control group with Spleen Qi decoctiongroup, Jianpiyiqi soup group on the basis of conventional treatment options the plusJianpiyiqi soup, control group of conventional treatment treatment for7d, observethe clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatmentsymptom scores, MODS score, gastrointestinal function score, serum D-lactic acid,changes in serum EGF.Results: Animal experiments showed that spleen Qi soup can significantlyimprove MODS gastrointestinal function in New Zealand white rabbits score, serum D-lactate levels increase in the level of serum EGF significantly different (P<0.05)with the control group of modeling. Clinical studies have shown that the clinicalefficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05), and symptom scores in patients in the treatment group, MODS score,gastrointestinal function scores, improved serum D-lactate levels are better than thecontrol group, the two groups P <0.05; The serum EGF treatment group increasedsignificantly superior to the control group, two groups, P <0.05.Conclusion: the Spleen Qi soup MODS gastrointestinal function disorders withgood clinical efficacy related to its possible mechanism of action for the protectionof the the intestinal mucosa mechanical barrier and reduce the permeability of theintestinal mucosa, promote intestinal mechanical barrier repair.
