| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of anatomical proximal locking plate inthe treatment of elderly Neer â…¢, â…£proximal humeral fracture of humerus, in order toimprove the cure rate of fractures of the proximal humerusMethods: In30cases of patients in the study from the Department of orthopedicsAffiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from2011October to2012October operation therapy and were followed up for proximal fractures.Male13cases, female17cases, age biggest82years old, the smallest45years old, theaverage age is58years old, left in16cases,14cases of right. According to Neerclassification,10cases in20cases, type III type IV. Preoperative clinical and imagingevaluation, determine the operation time; protection of soft tissue and vascular nerveattention during operation; postoperative patients were guided rehabilitation trainingsystem and take the necessary measures to prevent complications.
