purpose:This experiment used Nano-HA as the carrier scaffold, Compositeand no-composite recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2(rhBMP-2)building Nano-HA/rhBMP-2、Nano-HA artificial bone then implant into the rabbitradial defect,Observed the biological properties and osteogenesis ability of bonedefect。To discuss the Nano-HA/rhBMP-2and Nano-HA local osteogeneticactivity of artificial bone and the ability to repair rabbit radial bone defect, andprovide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of bone defect.Methods:36adult male New Zealand rabbits were divided into3groupsrandomly,12each group, Radial bone defect model for12mm,each group separatelyimplanted following materials:Group A: Nano-HA/rhBMP-2composite artificialbone, Group B: Nano-HA artificial bone, Group C: blank group, no any implantedmaterials. Implant after4,8,12weeks for gross observation, X-ray, X-ray computedtomography scanning3D reconstruction, radionuclide bone imaging, histologicalobservation and biomechanical test. Use SPSS17.0software for statistical analysis.Result: Experiments prove that Nano-HA/rhBMP-2and Nano-HA artificialbone can repair bone defect, Nano-HA/rhBMP-2and Nano-HA artificial bone growthbone formation increased gradually. But the Nano-HA/rhBMP-2composite artificialbone than Nano-HA artificial bone and blank group has stronger ability ofosteogenesis, significantly reduced bone defect healing time. At12weeks theNano-HA/rhBMP-2composite artificial bone completely degradation, bone defectrepair completely. Nano-HA artificial bone most degradation, bone marrow cavitymost recanalization. Blank group of bone defect in the side smooth, medullary cavityclosed, forming bone nonunion. Difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05)Conclusion:1、 Nano-HA/rhBMP-2composite artificial bone design isfeasible.Through rhBMP-2in bone induction, the bone defect by nanometer poresinto the carrier bracket, finally replaced carrier support, complete bone defect healing.2、From the Angle of the body to prove the Nano-HA is a kind of good bioactivescaffold, has biodegradability and bone conductibility. 3、Nano-HA/rhBMP-2artificial bone have osteogenic ability is stronger than theNano-HA artificial bone,to shorten the healing time of bone defect. Prove that theNano-HA/rhBMP-2composite artificial bone has a potential clinical value in therepair of long bone defects, provides a theoretical basis for clinical bone defect repairmaterial selection.
