Research On The Compensation Mechanism Reform Of Public Hospitals In The Context Of The New Medical Care Reform

Medical and health undertakings related to the health of hundreds of millions of people, and it is a major livelihood issues. In recent years, medical and health undertakings have made considerable progress in China. But there are many problems, for example, the rapid expansion of public medical expenses, a high proportion of the people to pay medical expenses, especially the "Expensive and difficult to see a doctor" become focus of attention of the society. Therefore, the health system reform is bound to affect everyone’s nerves.In2009April the CPC Central Committee, the State Council promulgated the "on deepening the medical and health system reform", opened a new round of reform of the medical system of the big screen. Among them, the reform of public hospital is the emphasis and difficulty of the new medical reform, and the reform of public hospital compensation mechanism is the priority among priorities. Reform of public hospital compensation mechanism, its success or not is not only related to the sustainable development of public hospitals, but also to a new round of medical health system reform.This paper is based on the background of new medical reform, using various research methods, tries to establish the theoretical analysis framework, in order to study the compensation mechanism in the reform of public hospitals in china. Analysis of the present situation of public hospital compensation mechanism and its existing problems, and combining with the construction of national health insurance system in new medical reform, put forward the reform of the medical insurance payment method to solve the dilemma of the public hospital compensation.The full text is divided into5chapters. This paper expanded scope and depth of the research, and discussed the reform of public hospital compensation mechanism from the medical insurance payment reform perspective in the context of a new round of reform of the medical system and the medical insurance.
