The Clinical Study Of Using Tongjing Decoction In The Treatment For Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome With Cold Coagulation

Objective:Application of Tongjing decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome with cold coagulation, in Yueyueshu granule as control medicine, effectiveness, safety of the treatment of the disease by using the methods of random parallel controlled evaluation of Tongjing decoction and its influence on the coagulation of three PT, APTT, TT,and the mechanism of effect of long-term observation effect of Tongjing decoction in the treatment of this disease.Methods:In100patients with primary dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis with cold coagulation met diagnostic criteria, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50cases in the treatment group were treated with Tongjing decoction,50cases of control group were given oral Yueyueshu granule. Medication for2menstrual cycles for a course of treatment, the effectiveness of changes in symptoms score of patients, symptom scores, pain intensity scores before and after treatment in treatment group and coagulation function of three indexes of PT, APTT, TT were observed before and after treatment to evaluate Tongjing decoction, the indicators and through the observation of patients before and after treatment: blood routine examination(red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin), liver and kidney function (ALT, AST, BUN, Scr) and electrocardiogram to evaluate its safety; through long-term follow-up, long-term curative effect in treating this disease further evaluation of Tongjing decoction.Results:Effectiveness evaluation:(1)Tongjing decoction treatment of primary dysmenorrhea qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome with cold coagulation in the clinical comprehensive efficacy, pain intensity of curative effect, Chinese medicine symptom curative effect and long-term effect, has a significant effect, and the curative effect is superior to Yueyue shu granule.(2) In the treatment group blood coagulation function to look at the three indicators analysis and statistical treatment, Tongjing decoction could shorten the PT, prolong the APTT, affect the body’s blood clotting mechanism, thereby improving the body’s blood status and ease the symptoms of dysmenorrhea. Safety evaluation:in the treatment process, the treatment group patients were found no adverse reactions, prompt dysmenorrhea decoction treatment of the disease have a certain security. Conclution:Tongjing decoction has a line of qi, blood, analgesic effect, use the treatment of both qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome curative effect is the primary dysmenorrhea haemorrheological nature and long-dated curative effect is significant, and superior to yueyue shu granule; By improving the body’s blood to alleviate dysmenorrhea, worthy of clinical promotion and further study.
