The health service demand ofcurrent nursing career of our country and people are still gaps, nurse team in quantityto increase, in the ability to further improve, further expansion in the service contentand field, needs further protection on the rights and treatment. Therefore, toimplement the2010national health work conference spirit and the deepening reformof medical and health system of the key tasks, hospital in strict accordance with theMinistry of health in2010issued a "quality care demonstration project" requirementto carry out high quality nursing service in the hospital. In order to promote betterquality care, cognition situation investigation necessary connotation of quality care fornursing staff, analysis of influence factors, put forward perfect measures, thus truly"take the patient as the center", strengthen the supervision of clinical care, strengthenthe basic nursing work, improve the quality of nursing service, and actively providethe nursing service quality, efficiency, satisfaction for patients.Objective:In this paper, according to the Ministry of health to develop "promotion of highquality nursing service work supervision inspection and evaluation standards"formulation "nursing staff in operation room of high quality nursing serviceconnotation of" cognitive questionnaire, questionnaire survey and face-to-faceinterview of nursing staff in operation room, cognitive analysis on quality of nursingservice and nursing staff, consult the problems and suggestions on its service qualitynursing in the process of development, further improve the quality of care, improvethe relationship between nurses and patients, improve patient satisfaction.Methods:According to the Ministry of health to develop "promotion of high qualitynursing service work supervision inspection and evaluation standards", thequestionnaire of "nursing staff in operation room of high quality nursing serviceconnotation" was made.115valid questionnaires were taken back.We interviewed relevant nursing by face-to-face to consult the problems andsuggestions on its service quality nursing in the process of development. The data of the questionnaires was saved in the spreadsheet Excel2003. SPSS15.0was used for analyzing these data.Result.The connotation of quality care, set six survey indications, respectively is thegood service attitude, patient needs are met, the professional knowledge and skills,good health, good occupation quality and good relationship between nurse and patient.From the result, the nursing staff for the connotation of quality care for betterunderstanding and interpretation1, good service attitude is to provide quality care to ensure. The study found,operation room nursing staff agreed that "good service attitude" as the attribute ofquality nursing care, recognition rate of92.17%. They think that kind of attitude isvery important for the high quality of nursing, namely "the consciousness of activeservice", can take the initiative, enthusiasm, sincere and friendly service to patients.2, to meet the needs of patients is essential to provide high-quality nursing. Fromthe research nurse6themes of high quality of nursing care attribute recognition,91.3%of the nursing staff said that recognition. They think to be able to timelyinspection, find and provide personalized service for the patients, convenient serviceto solve the problem, create comfortable environment.3, good health education is the essential means to provide high-quality nursing."Health education" as an important part of the holistic nursing care can help patientscontrol, disease prevention, health knowledge, enhance coping capacity and ability toadapt, so as to achieve the best physical and mental state, so the majority of nursingstaff and the service object recognition. However, in this study the nursing staff forthe recognition rates of health education to73.04%, the lowest rate in the indicationsapproved a. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the health education and healthpromotion in operation room nursing development, promote early rehabilitation ofpatients.4, professional knowledge and skills as a prerequisite for providing qualitynursing care. The results of this study show,84.35%of the nurses recognition"knowledge and skills" is the attribute of quality nursing care, professional level theythink excellent nurses should possess higher.5, good occupation quality is to provide quality care foundation. The nurseoccupation quality refers to is engaged in the nursing profession requires specific property requirements, emphasizing quality education today, the nurse put emphasison their own occupation quality level unceasingly is also enhancing, this study alsoshowed that the nursing staff in operation room, very identity "good professionalquality" as the attribute of quality nursing care, the approval rate of85.22%. Anothersurvey, operation room nurses have good occupation quality, has the high sense ofresponsibility, accounted for83.48%of the survey; good sense of service, accountedfor80.87%of respondents.6, a good nurse patient relationship is a bridge to provide high-quality nursing.The results showed that nurses in operation room of identity,"a good nurse patientrelationship" as the attribute of quality nursing care, recognition rate of84.35%. Theycan respect patients, accounted for82.61%of the survey; care for patients, accountedfor81.74%of the survey. Therefore, through the development of high quality nursingservice, can effectively improve the nurse patient relationship.On the influence of personal characteristics for nursing staff in operation room ofhigh quality nursing service connotation, to quality care for6indications as dependentvariable, respectively by the respondents age, nursing age, culture level, employmenttype, gender, professional title as variables, the nursing staff in operation room of highquality nursing service connotation of cognitive comparison analysis. From theanalysis results, different statistic variables showed no significant difference, theoperation room nurse can pay attention to quality of care, to quality of nursing workfrom all aspects.Discussion:Implementation of high quality nursing service to patients, hospital, has broughtgreat changes to the nurse. The hospital through the development of "quality caredemonstration project" activities, realize the transformation of mode of humanresource management mode of clinical nursing, nursing management mode, toprovide comprehensive, whole process,, continuous nursing care for patients, so thatpatients get real benefits, improved patient satisfaction, nurse patient relationship aremore harmonious, increases the safety of nursing care, building a harmonious nursepatient relationship. At the same time the implementation of high quality nursingservice, enhance the sense of achievement nurse occupation, reduce the occupationburnout, thereby reducing nurse turnover rate, is conducive to the stability of nursingteam.
