| This thesis intend to investigate the relationship between contrast-enhanced quantitative parameters and tumor micro-vessel density (MVD) in peripheral lung cancer.40patients with biopsy-proven peripheral lung cancer (22patients with adenocarcinomaã€18patients with squamous cell carcinoma and8patients with small cell lung carcinoma) performed contrast-enhanced sonography prior to biopsy procedure. MVD of the biopsy specimens were assessed by histochemical staining using a mouse antihuman CD34monoclonal antibody. Correlation between the quantitative comparison of calculation of peripheral lung cancer in different condition parameters and its quantitative parameters and MVD was detected. Peripheral lung cancer of different sex, size no significant difference between the results of quantitative parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (p>0.05). In the comparison of contrast-enhanced ultrasound quantitative parameters of two different histological types of peripheral lung cancer, small cell lung cancer peak intensity (PI), increased signal intensity (ISI) squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma was high (p<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in time enhancement (BT), time to peak (TTP), baseline intensity (BI)(p>0.05). In the comparison of quantitative ultrasonic parameters of different degree of differentiation of peripheral lung cancer, high differentiation group PI was lower than the low differentiation cancer group (p<0.05).In the comparison of contrast-enhanced ultrasound quantitative parameters in different stages of peripheral lung cancer, â… -â…¡ group PI and ISI was lower than â…¢-â…£ stage group, there was statistical significance (p<0.05). Among there was a significant positive correlation peripheral lung cancer the contrast-enhanced ultrasound quantitative parameters of peak intensity, increased signal intensity and micro-vessel density (MVD), and quantitative analysis of contrast enhancement ultrasound can be used to evaluate the in vivo preoperative peripheral lung cancer angiogenesis. there was some relationship among the type, degree of differentiation, and necrosis of peripheral lung cancer with contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and histology of the tumor, and micro-vascular density in a certain extent can indirectly reflect the peripheral lung cancer, but also the use of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in evaluation of peripheral lung cancer microcirculation hemodynamics was a novel method in preoperative vivo for making the operation plan, prognosis, evaluation of antiangiogenic drug efficacy to provide imaging basis. |
