| Objective:Ceramics to ceramics and ceramics to high crosslinking polyethylene biological type clinical curative effect analysis of total hip replacementMethods:A study was carried out in cases of THA, from January2008to January2012, who were treated with different interface total hip arthroplasty, they were followed up in out patient department and by telephone. According to the different interfaces into the two groups, namely the ceramic on ceramic group (CC group) and the ceramic on polyethylene group (CP group), two groups were followed up of an average time of84months. The data was set up and analyzed by SPSS16.0softwareResults:After12-60months follow-up (mean26months), infection, and fracture, dislocation and nerve injury did not occur in the two groups, there were2patients who had the occurrence of the deep vein thrombosis in the CP group, Harris Hip Score improved from41.3±2.6to90.8±2.6points for the CC group, while the CP group improved from40.3±2.8to89.8±2.6points. There was no acetabular or femoral component revision because of loosening of the prostheses in all patients. The postoperative radiographic examination showed:the prostheses were in place, no loosening was detected. All bone grafts were integrated. There was no obvious limitation for the hip, and the patient did not need the auxiliary tool to walk. Conclusion:There is obvious statistical significance for the Harris score in the two groups, and operation effect is remarkable; There is no obvious statistical significance for Harris score and imaging loosing rate aspects between the two groups, but because the follow-up time is limited, so the long-term results need the further clinical observation. |
