| Hu Jintao mentioned in the18thCPC National Congress that good health is aprerequisite for promoting well-rounded development of the whole society. Keepingto the goal of improving people’s health, we should push forward strongly the overallreform in medical insurance, medical treatment, public health, drug supply and themechanism of monitoring and supervision, and we should improve the policy forenhancing people’s health and provide them with safe, effective, convenient andaffordable public health service and basic medical care. From the above, it is obviousthat to deepen the reform in medical mechanism has played a big role in the wholenational reform. The new reform in medical care and health service is a milestone inthe history of China medical reform. It will bring great changes in the contradictionsbetween doctors and patient, which has been risen to one of the key problems in thephase of social development. Therefore, it is of great sense and importance to get thesolution to the problem with more research.This thesis starts from the problems appearing in the course of implementation ofmedical reform, combining with current reality of doctor-patient relationship toanalyze and find solutions to the contradiction between doctors and patients. Firstly, itis convinced that the new medical reform has helped relieving the contradiction between doctors and patients, and difficulty in seeing a doctor. This thesis points outsome other problems which influence the current doctor-patient relationship andharmonious society. Secondly, from the point of improving the relationship of doctorsand patients, it aims to analyze the multiple reasons on the levels of government,hospitals, patients and society. By the advanced experience from abroad, it strives toput forward new thinking and solving ideas in how to strengthen the hospitalmanagement, improve the doctors’ ethical working performance, perfect thecommunication mechanism and insurance mechanism, popularize legal knowledge. |
