ObjectiveTo explore the changes of left ventricular long axis systolic function incoronary heart disease(CHD) patients by the speckle tracking imaging andtwo-dimensional conventional echocardiography. To analyze the improve ofCABG in CHD patients, approach the affects of the CABG for CHD patients ofleft ventricular long axis systolic function.MethodsSelect thirty patients with CHD of EF>50%underwent CABG,and apicaltwo-chamber、apical four-chamber and left ventricular long aspect images wereacquireed at baseline before CABG,3-7days and3months after CABG.Two-dimensional echocardiography and Simpson’s method was used tomeasure LVDS、LVDD、LVESV、LVEDV and LVEF. TMAD was used to detectsystolic peak displacement(SMD1、 SMD2、 SMD3) and systolic peakvelocity(SMV1、SMV2、SMV3), calculated by averaging(mSMD、mSMD). Andwere compared with30normal patients(contral group).Results1、Comparison of left ventricular conventional indicators(1) Comparison of conventional indicators between the control group andthe CHD patients: compared with the control group, CHD patients before CABG and after CABG each period LVESV、LVEDV、LVDS、LVDD increased(P<0.05),LVEF decreased(P<0.05).(2) Comparison of conventional indicators between before CABG and afterCABG each period of CHD patients:compared with CHD patients before CABG,3-7days after CABG whose LVESV、LVEDV、LVDS、LVDD and LVEF showedno significant difference (P>0.05).Compared with CHD patients before CABGand3-7days after CABG,3month after CABG whose LVESV、LVEDV、LVDS、LVDD decreased(P<0.05),LVEF increased(P<0.05).Compared with CHDpatients before CABG、3-7days after CABG and3month after CABG,6monthafter CABG whose LVESV、 LVEDV、 LVDS、 LVDD decreased moreobviously(P<0.05), LVEF increased(P<0.05).2、Comparison of left ventricular long axis systolic functionindicators(1) Comparison of left ventricular long axis systolic function indicatorsbetween the control group and the CHD patients:compared with the controlgroup, CHD patients before CABG and after CABG each period SMD1、SMD2、SMD3、SMV1、SMV2、SMV3、mSMD、mSMD decreased (P<0.05).(2) Comparison of left ventricular long axis systolic function indicatorsbetween before CABG and after CABG each period of CHD patients:comparedwith CHD patients before CABG,3-7days after CABG whose SMD1、SMD2、SMD3、SMV1、SMV2、SMV3、mSMD、mSMD showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with CHD patients before CABG and3-7days afterCABG,3month after CABG whose SMD1、SMD2、SMD3、SMV1、SMV2、SMV3、mSMD、mSMD increased(P<0.05).Compared with CHD patients beforeCABG、3-7days after CABG and3month after CABG,6month after CABGwhose SMD1、SMD2、SMD3、SMV1、SMV2、SMV3、mSMD、mSMD increasedmore obviously(P<0.05). 3、Correlation analysis between the indicatorsCHD patients before CABG, after CABG3month and6month leftventricular long axis systolic mean peak displacement(mSMD) and LVESVwere negative correlated(r1=-0.56, r2=-0.54, r3=-0.50, P1=0.002, P2=0.004,P3=0.003); mSMD and LVEDV were negative correlated(r1=-0.55, r2=-0.52,r3=-0.46, P1=0.012, P2=0.002, P3=0.018); mSMD and LVEF were positivelycorrelated(r1=0.56, r2=0.54, r3=0.51, P1=0.003, P2=0.021, P3=0.006).Conclusions1、 Normal of left ventricular overall systolic function by conventionalindicators in CHD patients,Mitral annulus motion can evaluate accurately leftventricular long axis systolic function in coronary heart disease patients werelower than that of the control group by STI.2、After coronary artery bypass graft, the left ventricular long axis systolicfunction was improving by STI,and with the time going, the improvementbecomes obviously.3、Coronary heart disease patients has a significant correlation between leftventricular long axis systolic function and LVESV、LVEDV、LVEF.
