ObjectiveTo study integration and combination of nursing member national occupational standards issued in2009by the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the United Kingdom NVQ2level nursing assistant on training content,and general data of primary care workers and the elders stay in care homes on elderly nursing member training set for evaluation analysis in Liaoning province.understanding their recognition for training content,and providing training content of primary nursing member tiered pension institutions set for reform and references.MethodsDesign their own training identity questionnaire for the primary healthcare worker and check the importance of identity questionnaire surveyjt was conducted in Liaoning province, randomly selected the primary nursing member issued by provincial and municipal human resources and the Ministry of social Security vocational qualification certificate endowment hold by the nation and the elders at care homes, the survey include basic information and the awareness of the importance of the creation on training content.ResultsThe primary nursing staff and residents of leisure activities, communication ability, study records theory knowledge of practical skills have significant differences in identity (p<0.05).Stratified by education level, nursing age, the nature of the primary nursing staff, monthly income, primary nursing member on training contents of identity have significant difference (p<0.05); Stratified by gender, marital status, employment, primary nursing staff had no significant difference on the training content of identity (p>0.05). Stratified by education level.whether have a pension, the elders on training contents of identity have significant difference (p<0.05); stratified according to different age, gender, marital status and so, the elders had no significant difference on the training content of identity (p>0.05).ConclusionsTraining content settings of the primary healthcare worker should be appropriate to learn from the British NVQ2level nursing assistant training content to two aspects of communicate with recording capability, advanced study theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Trainers can according to the different characteristics of primary healthcare nurse, layered give different training content; the different cultural degree, whether the pension residents on identity differences of the training, pension institutions managers can be based on residents demand for different nursing service, and optimization of nursing human resource allocation, meet the quality demand of old man for primary nurses.
