Part One: Clinical ResearchObjective: Through the analysis of the characteristics of the type of liverYang syndrone hypertension, we would observe effects of the set prescriptionof eliminating phlegm and claming the liver on blood pressure, in order toprovide the basis for better use in clinical. Methods: Using statistical methods we systematically analyzedoutpatient hypertension medical records, measured blood pressure indexbefore and after treatment. According to its severity we scored clinicalsymptoms of before and after the treatment, compared the score difference ofbefore and after, through the contrast of before and after the treatment toobserve the effect of the treatment of high blood pressure by applying themethod of eliminating phlegm and claming the liver. The inclusion of50patients with high blood pressure were taken set prescription of eliminatingphlegm and claming the liver (fructus, zhejiang fritillary, magnolia officinalis, radix platycodi, pinellia, radix scutellariae, stone calamus, turmeric, cortexmoutan, Perilla, raw oysters, gastrodia elata, twotooth achyranthes root, radixpaeoniae alba, etc.), two times each dose of the decoction juice400ml,points taken twice in the morning and evening; Treatment for two months.TCM syndrome of patients with high blood pressure before and after treatmentwere scored,we observed these scores and changes of systolic/diastolic bloodpressure to determine the therapeutic effect of eliminating phlegm andclaming the liver set prescription.Results:1The patients with high blood pressure before and aftertreatment before treatment the mean systolic blood pressure of high bloodpressure was167.94±11.87, after treatment was136.50±12.94;Patientsbefore treatment the mean diastolic pressure was105.88±8.74, the meandiastolic pressure was90.30±8.90after treatment, with the paired T test,P values were less than0.05, there was a statistical significance, with asignificant reduction in the level of blood pressure after treatment.Antihypertensive effects in accordance with the decision criteria,22caseswere markedly effective, effective24cases,14cases ineffective, the totaleffective rate was70%.2Comparison of before and after treatment TCMsymptoms total integral in patients with high blood pressure According to theclassification of syndromes quantitative standard, high blood pressure patientsbefore treatment symptoms score was14.62±3.18on average, mean symptomscore was5.42±2.21after treatment. With the paired T test, P values were lessthan0.05, and there was a statistical significance.3Comparison of TCMsymptom classification in patients with high blood pressure before and aftertreatment before and after treatment in patients with hypertension dizziness, headache, insomnia, forgetfulness, often abdominal distension full mouth, drymouth bitter, bosom frowsty, not free or stool stem node, coating on thetongue, pulse condition comparison, examined the rank and P <0.05, all havestatistical significance, can be thought that the TCM symptom changes ofhypertension patients after treatment have significant differences. Conclusion: Through the above study, eliminating phlegm and clamingliver set prescription can significantly reduce the liver Yang syndrone typehypertension patient’s blood pressure level; At the same time it also has asignificant effect on the improvement of the syndromes. It illustrated thatguided by the method of eliminating phlegm and claming liver for thetreatment of high blood pressure, safe and effective, is worth further clinicalresearch.Part Two: Empirical ResearchObjective: With the method of data mining technology, this studyreaserched hypertension disease cases tutor Zhang Deying professordiagnosed and cured and then deeply mined Zhang Deying professor’sclinical experience aimed at providing a basis for the clinical treatment ofhypertension in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: From Jan.2010to Jan.2013cases of primary hypertensiondise-ases Zhang Deying professior diagonosed and cured were collected.Associated databases were established. With statisticalsoftware,SPSS18.0,factors incuding tongue coating pulse condition symptomsdrugs of hypertension patients were analyzed (including frequency analysis, cluster analysis, factor molecules). We had explored the relationship of primaryhypertension disease’s commom symptoms and collected medicinecombinations which had close relationship with hypertension. And finallybased on the theory of Chinese medicine,we summarized Zhang Deyingprofessior curing hypertension drug using law. Results:Frequency analysis results: in this study the top frequency of tongueconditions were,in order, light red tongue greasy furred tongue on full redfured tongue yellow furred tongue thin furred tongue greasy furred tongue onthe middle and posterior white furred tongue greasy furred tongue on theposterior red tongue tip black red tongue glossy coating tongue pale tonguepurpue tongue. And pulse condition which had a higher frequency than11.5%were,in order, slippery pulse weak Chi pulse stringy pulse vigorous leftGuan pulse surging pulse nepheloid pulse fast pulse depressed left Guan.Symptoms which had more frequency than18.1%were in order, dizzinessdreaminess low back pain forgetfulness insomnia dysphoria testiness mucousyabdominal distension waist-leg weakness constipation dry mouth redcomplexion upper limb pain chest congestion inappetence headache obesitytinnitus blurry vision. We had analyzed all the prescriptions in this study and summarized84kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, among those had more frequency than18.1%were,in order, snakegourd fruit zhejiang fritillary scutellaria pinelliaPerilla platycodon grandiflorum earthworm stone calamus cortex moutanmagnolia officinalis radix paeoniae rubra betel nuts acid-insoluble ashageratum alisma bamboo shavings sargentgloryvine stem defeated sauce grassstraight ladybell yam turmeric rhizoma zedoariae triangular raw oysters.
