Clinical Observation On Effect Of Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined With Metformin In The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Liver Qi Stagnation Type Pcos Amenorrhea

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined with metformin in the treatment of patients with kideny deficency and liver qi stagnation type PCOS amenorrhea,and to explore its mechanism of action,seek effective solutions for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine PCOS amenorrhea.Methods:63cases included in the standard PCOS amenorrhea were randomly divided into two group,30cases in the control group,oral administration of Metformin;33cases in the treatment group,oral bushenhuoxue decoction combined with metformin.Two groups were observed before and after treatment of clinical symptoms to improve the dituation,changes in insulin levels,serum LH/FSH,T equivalent,determine its clinical efficacy.Results:In the control group,patients with severe vomiting,diarrhea and termination of treatment.The results showed that the treatment group and the control group the total effective rate was93.94%,83.33%,there was significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).In improving the clinical symptoms and alleviate acanthosis nigricans,adjusting the one-way BBT,two groups are effective(P<0.01),and there was a ststistically significant difference between the two groups,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).On the decrease of serum T,LH/FSH and HOMA-IR value of endocrine level,two groups are effective(P<0.01),and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.01).Conclusion:Effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined with metformin is an effective drug of treating PCOS amenorrhea,can adjust the menstrual cucle and improve the levels of insulin,Kaohsiung hormones and reduce the value of LH/FSH,so as to improve the reproductive endocrine status,and ultimately improve the quality of life of patients.
