The peri operative period (POP) of abdominal operation especially the gastrointestinal operation in POP often have varying degrees of functional gastrointestinal disorders.The rehabilitation of patients with postoperative symptoms related to direct or indirect influence.Now more and more doctors are more concerned about how to promote the rapid rehabilitation in POP of abdominal operation patients.The issue utilize the knowledge of modern science and technology with the basic theory of traditional Chinese Medicine, conducts the research to the abdominal operation POP.Objective:This study was a randomized controlled trial the impact of research of Qingfu granules enema on the abdominal operation patients recovery of the gastrointestinal function in POP of To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine on patients with rapid recovery in the use of POP.Methods:We collect and summarize the cases and experiments in In2013September-2014February in68patients of abdominal operation in Daye Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Hubei province and Huangshi Traditional Chinese Medicine of Hubei province as the research objectRandomly, to observe the clinical effects of Qingfu granules enema in the POP.Method is in the routine use of postoperative general treatment on the basis of the control group with normal saline enema, and the observation group was treated with Qingfu granule retention enema.Observation index patients treated by enema for the first time after anal exhaust, defecate time, postoperative clinical TCM Symptoms in patients.Then we used the SPSS17.0statistical analysis software to carry on the analysis to the general observation data and results of feasibility, statistical analysis,observation and statistical significance.Results:Traditional Chinese medicine Qingfu granules enema can obviously improve the gastrointestinal motility, gastrointestinal function recovery. Through the observation of Chinese medicine Qingfu granules retention enema and saline enema first flatus,defecation time,the recovery time of bowel sound etc. Comparative the study of TCM Syndrome score confirmed both have significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive regulation effects of gastrointestinal function including internal and external factors, including the regulation of neural and humoral factors,the coordination of these factors to maintain normal gastrointestinal function.Because the operation trauma and postoperative patients with physiological,pathological change, the body’s response to stress, the decline of nutritional status can cause postoperative fatigue (POF) occurrence.We note that the dual influence of operation and the disease caused the body’s Qi deficiency, blood stasis in the body, Fu Qi being obstructed,caused the intermingled deficiency and excess syndrome.This activity eventually results in the gastrointestinal dysfunction.Traditional Chinese medicine Qingfu granules enema by improving the function state of patients with gastrointestinal POP,Improve the clinical efficacy,gave a clue to Clinical and research significance.
