| ObJectiveWith decipherment of related guidelines and papers at home and abroad, work out the specialized block and block parameters by consulting specialists. Based on it, develop a database software for papillary thyroid carcinoma with Filemaker.Methods1.Using Delphi Method, the specialists selected should be widely representative. The19specialists we consulted come from these7areas including head and neck surgery, endocrine, surgical oncology, pathology, ultrasound, epidemiology and nursing, all from three Grade Ⅲ Class A hospitals in Zhejiang province.2.Our research includes two steps:Step1, by literature searching for guidelines and papers related to papillary thyroid carcinoma, referring advanced database softwares of other common tumors, primarily make six blocks of database software for papillary thyroid carcinoma and discuss parameters for each specialized block. Step2, modify the blocks and parameters in each block using Delphi Method. Results1.The specialists selected are well representative, high grade,11-30years work experience, and79%with PHD or MD degrees. Evaluate the authority by the specialists’ familiarization and judgment basis to the indexes, the specialist authority coefficient is0.81in average. The recovery ratios of two rounds specialists questionnaire survey are94.7%and89.5%, which satisfies the demands of statistics and shows the care and support from the specialists. The specialist coordination coefficients of two rounds survey are0.293and0.264(p<0.001), which shows good coordination among specialists and the results available.2. According to specialists’ advice, the specialized block and block parameters of the database software for papillary thyroid carcinoma add one first grade index on the first round, and no modification on the second round. Using Delphi Method, confirm the weighing of indexes. The weighings of the first grade indexes-patient’s basic information, preoperative examinations, operative records, pathology reports, ultrasound examinations, postoperative risk evaluation and lymph node metastasis, are0.1338.0.1103.0.1283,0.1356,0.1283,0.1287,0.1373separately.3. The specialized block and block parameters of the database software for papillary thyroid carcinoma’s validity is examined by content validity expert judgments.ConclusionsThe specialized block and block parameters of the database software for papillary thyroid carcinoma is confirmed primarily through consulting19advanced specialist, which includes seven blocks(patient’s basic information, preoperative examinations, operative records, pathology reports, ultrasound examinations, postoperative risk evaluation and lymph node metastasis) and16parameters. |
