Objective:Analyze characteristics and mutual relations of lupus nephritis renal biopsypathological classifications in97patients retrpspectively to provide basis for lupus nephritisdiagnosis, treatment, pathological classifications inference and the forward evaluation.Methods:Between2010and2013,97cases of lupus nephritis(LN) in-patients after renal biopsyin the second clinical hospital of jilin university. Renal biopsy pathological types wereclassified according to the2003ISN/RPS classification scheme, type Ⅴ plus type Ⅳ orⅢtype were recorded as type Ⅳ+Ⅴ or type Ⅲ+Ⅴ. Clinical data including gender, age ofrenal biopsy were from medical records. Laboratory parameters such as anti-dsDNAantibodies, Anti-U1RNP antibody,anti-Sm antibodies, anti SSA antibodies, Anti-ribosomalP protein antibodies, anti nucleosome antibodies (Auna), anti histones antibodies, anti nuclearantibodies were from the first renal biopsy. To analyze patients’ general information, pathological type distribution, and correlationship of different pathological types andimmune indexes retrospectively.Results:1) Patients were38.5±14.1(10-76) years of age of88female(90.7%) and11males(9.3%)aged30.1±13.0(17-57), making a sex ratio of9.7:1, incidence of male patients was lowerthan those of female obviously, Compared with female patients, the onset age of malepatients was low (P <0.05).2) Of all97patients in whom reanl biopsy was performed, one(1.0%) had LN type Ⅰ, three (3.1%) type Ⅱ, twelve (12.4%) type Ⅲ, forty six (47.4%) typeⅣ, sixteen (16.5%) type Ⅴ, and zero type Ⅵ.Nine (19.6%) patients had combinedtypes(fifteen patients had type Ⅳ combined with typeⅤ, and four others had typeⅢcombined with type Ⅴ).3) Of97patients anti-dsDNA antibody,anti-U1RNP antibody, anti-sm antibody, anti-SSA antibody, anti-auna antibody, anti-histone antibody,anti-mitochondrial-antibody and ANA were present, respective ratio were as follows:59(60.8%),43(44.3%),28(28.9%),52(53.6%),51(52.6%),48(49.5%),36(37.1%),93(95.9%).Conclusions:1. Type Ⅳis most common among all th pathological types (47.4%), incidence of malepatients is significantly lower than that of the female, and the male onset age is younger thanthat of female.2. Anti-U1RNP antibody and anti-SSA antibody were positively correlatedwith anti-dsDNA antibody; anti-nucleosome antibody was positively correlated withanti-dsDNA antibody and anti-histone antibody.3.There is no significant correlation betweenanti-dsDNA antibodies, anti U1RNP antibody, anti-sm antibodies, anti-SSA antibodies, AHA,anti-ribosomal P protein antibodies, ANA titer and the severity of renal LN,and Auna ispositively correlated with the degree of renal disease.
