The Research About Medical Insurance Serious Diseases’ Security System For The City Of Changchun

Objective:Through the survey and analysis of historical evolution and present status ofdevelopment of medical insurance serious disease system, combining thecircumstance of the city of Changchun，drawing advanced experience about seriousdisease medical security system from home and abroad, we explore to build seriousdisease medical security system suiting development of the city of Changchunmedical insurance.Method:By literature review，investigation method，comprehensive thinking, we do theresearch about the current situation of medical insurance serious diseases for the cityof Changchun. Then we adopt the method of descriptive analysis to process data ofthe urban residents medical insurance patients which suffered from forty kinds ofserious diseases both2012and2013,anduse the methods of literature studying thesituation of serious disease medical insurance.Result:With the40kinds of serious disease medical insurance measure working，thehospitalization inpatients, hospitalization number of patients, people head ratio,hospitalization reimbursement value, proportion of reimbursement have rosessubstantially. Hospitalized days and hospitalization expenses have different degrees ofdecline. The patients who suffered from40kinds of serious diseases chose3classhospitals almost100%in2012and2013. In hospitalization inpatients, the number ofmale patients is higher, and the number of age group40-80is highest, and nearly allthe patients belonged to the city of Changchun social medical insuranceadministration.Conclusion:The construction of serious disease medical insurance system raise the treatment practically for reimbursement of serious diseases`patients, reducing the patients`worries, reducing phenomena of “drive into poverty by medical crises, back intopoverty by medical crises”, embodying the spirit that medical insurance guaranteesserious diseases. Increase investment in prevention and health care，and raise thesense of physical examination, reducing the probability that minor disease evolveserious disease.
