| Objective:After ankle joint injuries, some patients with ankle sprains cause ligament laxity again, accompanied by swelling and pain, and finally the formation of chronic ankle instability. Long-term chronic ankle instability secondary to traumatic arthritis can seriously affect the patient’s daily life. Functional exercise is commonly used as a medicine using the right amount of targeted, sports equipment can also help the body to return to a normal state approach. Therefore, the aim of the study is to investigate the clinical effects of chronic ankle instability when do with the therepy of coordination exercise and functional exercise of the ankle muscles and ligament.Methods:the rehabilitation group, accept functional exercise,32patients. The control group, not to accept the functional exercise,30patients. Rehabilitation group used functional training; functional training is divided into four phases:1.the ankle mobility and its surrounding muscle strength training.2.enhance the weights training and coordination of the ankle muscle and ligament.3. aim to plantar flexion and dorsiflex,doing specific muscle and ligament strength and coordination exercises.4. strengthen the training of ankle proprioception. Assessment of its function by the AOFAS ankle-foot scoring before and after each exercise session. The control group go back home for rest.Results:the rehabilitation of patients before and after functional exercise group with AOFAS ankle-foot function score table after assessment score is89.60±0.55. the score of the control group is77.6±5.70.After four rehabilitation group is stable, pain aspect, range of motion, etc. there was a significant difference (P<0.05). First, second, third and fourth stages of rehabilitation exercises score comparison, which has the third stage of rehabilitation exercises significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. After the rehabilitation exercise, the AOFAS scores between the rehabilitation group and the control group had significant difference. Functional exercise for the treatment of chronic ankle instability in this study is effective.2.The third phase of rehabilitation exercise has the significant significance, so the muscles and ligament of the ankle dorsiflexion and planter flexion is the key role for the treatment of chronic ankle instability. |
