Clinical Research Of Modified Yi Zi Decoction In The Treatment Of Damp-heat Pouring Downward Syndrome Of Chronic Anal Sinusitis

Objective:Evaluation of Modified Yi Zi Decoction in the treatment of on damp-heat pouring downward syndrome of Chronic anal sinusitis patients clinical curative effect before and after treatment.To explore an effective way of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic anal sinusitis.Methods: Randomly divide60subjects into treatment group and control group, those who met the inclusion criteria. The treatment group was treated with Modified Yi Zi Decoction, The control group was given Zhi Tong Ru Shen Decoction.Observed before and after treatment and3weeks of withdrawal the clinical symptoms,signs, through the inquiry and specialist examination, evaluation of patients with anal bulge, pain, and the changes of disease, diagnosis of anal sinus tenderness anal sinus congestion and edema index, To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified sigmoid Decoction in the treatment of chronic anal sinusitis.Results: The result of completion of the study cases were60cases, the treatment group (N=30) and the control group (N=30).Two groups of patients’sex, age, anal pain, anal bulge, anal sinus tenderness, anal sinus congestion value before treatment such as a balanced comparison, no statistically difference between the two groups agreed baseline. The two groups were comparable. The results analyzed as follows:(1)The curative effects of two groups were compared: The30patients in the treatment group,12cases were cured,11cases were effected, The totle efficiency was86.67%; The30patients in the control group,7cases were cured,7cases were effected,The totle efficiency was76.67%, There is significant difference comparison (P<0.05);(2)The improve of Patients’anal bulge:Two groups of patients with anal bulge after treatment and3weeks after drug withdrawal compared with significant difference (P<0.05),The treatment group improved anal bulge was better than the control group;(3)The improve of Patients’ anal pain:Two groups of patients with anal pain after treatment and3weeks after drug withdrawal compared no significant difference(P>0.05), It is not considered the treatment group and the control group there are differences in the improvement of anal pain; (4) The improve of Clinical signs:Two groups of patients with anal sinus tenderness palpation lesions after treatment and3weeks after drug withdrawal compared no significant difference(P>0.05),It is not considered the treatment group and the control group there are differences in the improvement of anal sinus tenderness;Two groups of patients with anal sinus congestion and edema after treatment and3weeks after the cessation of contrast were statistically significant (P<0.05); the treatment group improved anal sinus congestion and edema was significantly better than the control group;(5) The recurrence rate and adverse reactions:Two groups of withdrawal recurrence after3weeks compared with significant difference (P<0.05);During the treatment, the two groups were no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Modified Yi Zi Decoction treats on damp-heat pouring downward syndrome of Chronic anal sinusitis, Which can effectively improve patients’anal pain, anal bulge, anal sinus tenderness, anal sinus congestion,especially in the patients’anal bulge,anal sinus hyperemia,anal edema. No adverse reaction was found, which is a safe and effective treatment method.
