| Objective:Lumbar disc herniation is a common disease, affecting patients with serious or even life. From this study, muscle strength, muscle endurance and joint balance, proprioception and other aspects of clinical research to study the efficacy of functional exercise on lumbar disc herniation through functional exercise.Methods:September2011to September2013and run together Wuhan patient clinic of61patients conducted in30patients with functional exercise rehabilitation group, do not accept the functional exercise for the31patients in the control group. The functional exercise is divided into three phases:the first lumbar muscle strength exercises for the erector spinae, back brevis, iliopsoas, the second-order on the basis of the first phase; through weight-bearing exercises to further enhance the ventrolateral muscle group, lumbar side muscle, psoas muscle and iliopsoas strength; third stage through the Swiss ball to help enhance the stability of the spine and the lumbar erector spinae Forbidden City, ventrolateral muscles and other muscles. Rehabilitation of patients before and after each workout workout JOA scores using standard assessment and control group home and rest.(Two groups were no significant differences in gender, age, inclusion criteria)Results and analysis:Functional rehabilitation group after exercise using standard JOA score of patients assessed after the third exercise rehabilitation group JOA score was17.40±2.66, control group JOA score was15.42±1.54, rehabilitation group compared with the control group, p<0.05, there was a significant difference; three stages of rehabilitation exercises after scores were compared, which after the third workout JOA score was17.40±2.66, compared with the pre-workout and post-workout JOA score second, p<0.01, with a very significant differences, analysts believe that the stability of the spine has a significant impact on the lumbar intervertebral disc, the third stage of spinal stability exercise more obvious effect in three phases.Conclusions:1. A lumbar disc herniation after three stages of rehabilitation exercises, to be assessed by JOA scoring and mathematical statistics, after the third exercise rehabilitation group compared with the control group JOA score, p<0.05, indicating that the exercise on lumbar disc herniation patients effectively;2for first, second and third stage of rehabilitation exercises conducted JOA score comparison, where the third phase of the exercise JOA score showed, p<0.01, there was a significant difference, indicating that the third exercise more significant effect, so to adhere to treatment and exercise. |
