The Dinical Observation Of The Effect Of Prescription Bushenhuoxue Combined With Cc In Patients With Anovulatory Infertility Who Are Diagnosised Pcos

Objective:The subject is to observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of the effect of prescription bushenhuoxue combined with clomiphene (CC) in patients with anovulatory infertility who are diagnosised polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and evaluate the scientific validity of the prescription in treating the disease and discuss its mechanism which can provide a good scientific basis for the clinical.Methods:Collected60cases with anovulatory infertility that are diagnosed polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) during the period of January,2012and December,2013in out-patient consulting gynecologists of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine,and divided the60cases randomly into treatment group and control group.The30cases in the treatment group were treated with prescription bushenhuoxue combined with CC and the other30cases in the control group were treated with CC only.One course of treatment include three monthes and the patients were treated in two courses. The two groups were observed about the improvement of tcm syndromes,ovulation and pregnancy rate,serum sex hormone levels,body temperature(BBT) and ultrasonic changes,before and after treatment,so we could determine the clinical curative effect of the two groups.Results:The differences of two groups in ovulation, pregnancy rate and TCM symptoms integral, sex hormone level were statistically significant (P<0.05). In the treatment group,the total efficiency is86.67%, the ovulation rate is68.97%, and the pregnancy rate is46.67%,and at the same time,the clinical symptoms has been improved,the level of LH/FSH has been regulated,the BBT has been adjusted and the quality of life has been improved.Conclusion:The treatment effect using the prescription bushenhuoxue combined with cc is much better than that with CC only in the patients with anovulatory infertility who are diagnosised polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).The former methods of treatment can improve the response of ovarian to pituitary gonadotropin and the function of the hypothalamus-pituitary- ovary axis,promote follicular growth and discharge,to achieve the purpose of conception.
