Clinical Observation On Acupuncture Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation Postoperative Pain

Objective: Through the study of different types of lumbar disc herniation, treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine at present, analysis of the causes of pathological pain of lumbar disc herniation after, improvement and changes of main symptoms of pain of needle knife treatment of lumbar disc herniation after operation, and the acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc protrusion postoperative pain control group to carry out on the mechanism of acupotomology, treatment, for the future of lumbar disc surgery clinical treatment of pain in patients with some experience.Methods:Using a randomized method,60cases of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital orthopedics outpatient and inpatient department of patients by random method, divided into the treatment group30(with needle knife therapy) and control group (acupuncture treatment)30. In the beginning of the study, records collected from the patients with postoperative symptom score, then were given score record, followed by a month of needle knife therapy and acupuncture treatment, close observation of the60patients after the treatment of symptoms, recording and scoring, then put the collected data according to the statistics of the standard of comparison, conclusion.Results:The results showed that acupuncture treatment group and acupuncture group can significantly reduce the symptoms of patients, but the treatment group before and after the treatment in the treatment effect is more obvious, in the after treatment of patients with lumbar pain, tenderness and limitation of activity and other symptoms, scores decreased significantly.Conclusions:1、The results show, for the treatment of pain of needle knife in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation after acupuncture was better than.2、Needle knife in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation postoperative pain, improve patient pain, activity limitation, waist discomfort has obvious therapeutic effect.3、To take effect of acupotomy therapy significantly, lower risk, safe and reliable.4、Needle knife treatment of lumbar disc herniation postoperative pain after the operation is simple and convenient, and can be recognized at all levels of hospitals, more worthy of extensive promotion.
