| Objective:Through the observation of Bining Capsule’s effects on the acute gouty arthritis rat paw swelling, changes in blood levels of IL-1and synovial tissue morphology, explore and understand the Bi Ning Capsule on rat model of acute gouty arthritis synovial anti-inflammatory protection mechanism, as to provide theoretical basis for early prevention and treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Method:After a successful modeling of60half male and half female Wistar rats by the right side of the ankle with the methord of Coderre,then they were randomly divided into blank control group,model group, Western medicine group, Bi Ning Capsule high dose group, Bi Ning Capsule middle dose group, Bi Ning Capsule low dose group,N=10,they were feeded by drug7days.By the means of the paw volume method, determine the right ankle volume of rats in pre-modeling,post-modeling,and the end of treatment;using the method of Rat tail vein blood collection, determine the Interleukin-1(IL-1) at the end of treatment;Put the right ankle synovial tissue in routine HE staining and MMP-9staining after the death,To obeserve and scores of the pathological synovial tissue by light microscopy.Results:Bi Ning Capsule group rats compared with model group and western medicine group of rats, the rat paw volume, IL-1level, MMP-9staining degree are reduced, especially in the high dose group of Bi Ning Capsule.Conclusion:Bi Ning Capsule is beneficial to the inflammation repair of synovial tissue damaged in rats,and it has significant anti-inflammatory and protective effect in synovial tissue of rats model of acute gouty arthritis. |
