Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of The Type Of Feng Re Tang Zu Subacute Thyroiditis With Qing Re Xiao Ying Tang

Objective:By observation of clinical randomized controlled trials, Qing Re Xiao Ying Tang to the effect of the treatment of the type of Feng Re Tan Zu subacute thyroiditis, rich combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine clinical basis for the treatment of subacute thyroiditis.Methods:To clinical diagnosis of Feng Re Tan Zu in patients with subacute thyroiditis62cases were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group31cases, were. treated with prednisone tablets and Qing Re Xiao Ying Tang; the control group31cases, were treated with prednisone tablet.Both groups for treatment of6weeks as a course of treatmen, continuous administration one course of treatment.Were observed the change of TCM syndrome integral,and the determination of the changes of thyroid function (FT3, FT4, TSH) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) before and after treatment in both groups.Result:After treatment with foot treatment clinical observation found that the treatment group in reducing syndrome integral, improve clinical symptoms and signs of syndrome is better than that in control group (P<0.05), and thyroid function and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in improving of treatment group was superior to control group (P<0.05).Conelusion:Qing Re Xiao Ying Tang can significantly improve the type of Feng Re Tan Zu in patients with subacute thyroiditis clinical symptoms, reduce the TCM syndrome integral, improving patient’s quality of life.Qing Re Xiao Ying Tang can recover normal thyroid function in patients with obvious incentive, effective mitigation and control the condition.Qing Re Xiao Ying Tang safe, effective, and no obvious adverse reactions.
