Seven medicinal plants were chosen to carry some preliminary researches on their fungi,include Rabdosia rubescens, Salvia miltiorrhizae, Urtica laetevirens, Cirsium japonicum, Aconitum szechenyianum, Ligularia hodgsonii, Fritillaria ussuriensis. their bioactivities and the compounds from the secondary metabolites. The main contents and results were as follows:1.96strains endophytic fungi were isolated from7medicinal plants,18strains,17strains,17strains,14strains,12strains,12strains,6strains. The culture broth was filtered to separate the mycelium and the filtrate. The mycelium and the filtrate were extracted to afford2kinds of extract parts were gained as follows:ethyl acetate extrac and ethanol extract of mycelium,a total of192.2. MTT method, Spectrophotometric method and Modified Ellman’s method were used to evaluate the bioactivities of extracts. The result showed that, Anti-tumor results showed that a total of48samples had different levels inhibitory activities to Hela cells, no more than50%,5samples had exhibited different anti-MAO activity. The ethyl acetate fraction of DLC-4-L were demonstrated having significant MAO inhibitory activity,4endophytic extracts had AchE inhibitory activity, of which the inhibition rates were no more than50%.3.4compounds were separated from strain DLC-4and DJ-3by using modern chromatographic methods, including silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20and preparative TLC et. al,which were identified to (4E)-6,7,9-trihydroxydec-4-enoicacid (1), Ergosterol (2), Ergosterol peroxide (3),4,6,8(14),22(23)-tetraen-3-one-ergostane (4)4. The MAO inhibitory activity and the AchE inhibitory activity of the compounds1-4were also tested. The results showed that no active compounds were founded.5. By using molecular biology method, the strain of DLC-4and DJ-3were identified as Doratomyces purpureofuscu and Paecilomyces sp., respectively.
