Effect Of Traditional Chinese Medicine On The Related Factors Of Tumor Recurrence And Metastasis In Patients With Triple-negative Breast Cancer

Objective:This study based on controlled trials of the triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC) patients in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to thorough discuss and look for more sensitive index to reflect the malignant degree, prognosis, therapeutic effect and the recurrence and metastasis of patients with TNBC, to explore the tumor recurrence metastasis related factors, and to further explore the mechanism of the TCM with western medicine therapy of TNBC.Methods:A prospective clinical trial, according to whether the combined therapy with TCM,94cases of TNBC is divided into the treatment group and control group, and in treatment groups according to whether Quxie further divided to subgroups. By observing matrix metalloproteinases (MMP-9), tumor markers (CEA, CA153, CA125, AFP, CA199, CA724), immune function (CD3+/CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, etc), biochemical function (TG, TC, HDL, TP, ALB, etc), sex hormones(E2, LH and FSH) with different treatments of TNBC, we look for sensitive indicators and to explore the effect of TCM on tumor recurrence metastasis related factors.Results:1. The test indicators:(1) in group B and C MMP-9is reduced; phase III MMP-9is increased; MMP-9is increastd who have recurrenced and metastasised.(2) tumor markers: AFP and CA199in group B after TCM treatment are decreased; CEA, AFP, CA125, CA153, CA199and CA724in group C are reduced.(3) the immune index:in group A CD3+/CD4+is reduced; in group B CD3+/CD4+and CD4+/CD8+are increased; in group C CD3+/CD4+is increased.(4) the biochemical indicators:UA, CA, ALP in group A are increased, HLD is reduced; in group B the CA is elevated, ALT and GGT are reduced; in group C the UA, CR, BUN,TG, AST, ALT and LDH are decreased, TP and ALB are increased.(5) routine blood:in group C the WBC, HB and NE are increased.(6) blood coagulation index:in group A FIB is increased; in group B FIB is reduced.(7) before and after treatment between the3groups sex hormone have no significant difference.(8) the T3in group C is reduced.2. Recurrence metastasis:in group A recurrence metastasis rate is18.52%, the mortality rate is11.11%. In group B recurrence metastasis rate is7.41%, the mortality is0. In group C recurrence metastasis rate is8.11%, the mortality rate is5.41%.Conclusion:TCM can improve the patients with hyperlipidemia, highcoagulation and MMP-9, will not increase the risk of damage to liver and kidney function and thrombosis, to a certain extent, control of tumor markers, improve immune function and delay tumor recurrence and metastasis. MMP-9can reflect the prognosis and recurrence and metastasis.
