【Background and Objective of the study】Infarction is the result of partial cerebral blood circulation disorders,leading to tissue ischemia, cerebral hypoxia and nerve cells occurredsoftened,partial neurological deficit can emerge Rapidly,and the time islonger than24hours,moreover this symptom will deteriorate in fewhours or days,so infarction is a kind disease of high mutilation rate、highrecurrence rate and case fatality。At present,thrombolytic therapy is themost effective methods in the treatment of the acute cerebral infarction,however,because of some problems limited the use in the clinical,suchas the side effect of the thrombolytic drugs and the time window is tooshort。Human urinary plays a important role in some fields,which isconsist of regulating vasodilation、promoting the circulation open、Controling inflammation and apoptosis。The study researchHuman urine kallikrein’s efficacy and security, Investigate clinicaltreatment time by Comparison the NHISS score changes and the TCDIndex changes and MMP-2、MMP-9level changes before treatment andafter treatment。This study’s purpose is to investigate the impact of theHuman urinary on the circulation open and the levels of MMP-2、 MMP-9,and to confirm the mechanism of the Human urinary on thecirculation open and the levels of MMP-2、MMP-9,and the purpose ofthis study is to find a theory about the Human urinary in the treatment onthe ischemic cerebrovascular disease。【Method】The patients treated in the China-Japan union hospital of Jilinuniversity from January2013to March2014were diagnosed with acutecerebral infarction by the Physical examination and imagingexamination.The patients were randomly divided into two group:Humanurinary group(human urinary kallikrein and Sodium Ozagrel),controlgroup(shuxuetong and Sodium Ozagrel),the treatment course is fourteendays。Before treatment the patients of study were carried out in the TCDand the NHISS score,moreover the level of the MMP-2、MMP-9weredetected by the means of ELISA,treatment after seven days and afterfourteen days research the NHISS score and the TCD index and the levelof MMP-2、MMP-9。The study observe functional impairment symptomsbetween before treatment and after treatment by the changes of NHISSscore in the treatment course,and we can evaluate the safety of humanurinary kallikrein。The study can observe the changes of the circulationopen in the different time。On the the treatment course we can observehuman urinary kallikrein’s effect on the level of MMP-2、MMP-3,anddiscuss the relationship between the circulation open and the level of MMP-3、MMP-9。The statistical methods is SPSS13.0data analysissoftware,and measurement data with t-test,counting information with X2testing。【Results】(1)General information:There were totally86cases meeting thecriteria patients including,42cases of the experiment group and44casesof the control group.There were no difference in the general situationsuch as age,gender,onset time,TCD index and NHISS score beforetreatment.(P>0.05).(2)Efficacy analysis:there were no statistical differences on thetwo groups’s NHISS score before healing,but there were statisticaldifferences on the two groups’s NHISS score after treatment and theefficacy of human urinary kallikrein is better than the control group。Moreover,the rate of drug’s adverse reaction has no statistical differencesbetween the experimental group and the control group。All of the efficacyanalysis remind that the efficacy of the experimental group is better thanthe control group and the safety of human urinary kallikrein is reliable。(3)TCD index analysis:there were statistical differences on thetwo groups’s TCD index after treatment。The result of improvement ofthe TCD index remind that human urinary kallikrein can promote thecirculation open。 (4)Treatment after seven days and after fourteen days,Human urinekallikrein group MMP-9was significantly lower than the control groupMMP-9levels。 However, Human urine kallikrein MMP-2groupcompared with the control group had no significant change。【Conclusions】(1)Human urine kallikrein can improve acute cerebral infarction’ssymptom。(2)Human urine kallikrein can promote open acute cerebralvascular secondary and tertiary collateral circulation collateralcirculation.(3)Human urine kallikrein reduced level of MMP-9in acutecerebral infarction.
