Objectives: To investigate the effect and the mechanism of artificial dermis inrepairing the lower extremity soft tissue wound healing and promote healing.Method:Application artificial dermis combined with autologous split-thickness skin graft torepair lower extremity soft tissue defects in patients treated a total of24cases from March2012to February2013. Including bone, tendon exposed wounds10cases,5cases of burnwounds, chronic wound6cases,3cases of scar repair. The biocompatibility was evaluatedby assessing both local and systemic immune responses from the histology, immunohistochemistry. All the data were analyzed by SPSS13.0software.Results:1.Wound observation:The skin graft area survived satisfaction, the appearancesatisfaction, the average healing time (27.3±5.7) d.The lower extremity has goodfunctional recovery, donor site wounds healed well, no obvious scar formation afterfollow-up3-6months and excellent in18cases, good in4cases, and poor in2cases, goodrate of91.66%.2.Histology examination showed: On HE-stained sections, the number of thefibroblasts were determined, the experimental group was significantly more than the controlgroup, and the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05);The secretion of collagenby masson staining observation; By CD34immunohistochemical method to observevascular endothelial cells and angiogenesis. The count in the experimental group wassignificantly more than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion:1.The artificial dermis possessed good histocompatibility and the ability of enhancedangiogenesis, which can be used as a kind of materials to repair the defect of the lowerextremity soft tissue.2.The artificial dermis can inhibit wound contraction and ameliorate scar constrictionof the lower extremity soft tissue, for lower limb functional recovery.3.The artificial dermis caused lightly local and systemic immunological inflammatoryresponse,to improve wound healing,it has certain clinical value....
