Objective This essay is an analysis of the expression and significance of Ki67, PCNA and phyllodes tumor.Methods Phyllodes Tumor was studied with immunohistochemical SP, and compare the difference of virtuous, Borderline and malignance in66cases of Phyllodes tumor.Results There is significant difference in expression index of PCNA in different organizational levels of Phyllodes tumor.Besides there is statistically significant (P<0.05).In virtuous PT,PCNA and Ki67expression rate is low, and it is high in borderline and malignance, with the PT group level increasing, its expression rate and expression intensity is increasing, this two indicators are positively correlated (r-0.6073, P<0.001). [Conclusion] It’s on the cards that PCNA and Ki67are judge index of PT malignant degree.Respond to proliferative activity of Phyllodes tumor with PCNA and Ki67, after histologic grading,identifying the good and evil border lesions and estimation, there is definite value-in-use.
