| Objective To explore the influence of Compond Glycyrrhizin on helper T lymphocyte Cell in peripheral blood of children with Henoch-schonlein Purpura, investigate the anti-inflammatory mechanism of compound glycyrrhizin.Methods39HSP children were randomly divided into glycyrrhizin treatment group and glucocorticoid treatment group, and22healthy children were chosen as the control group. Glycyrrhizin treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment was given different doses of glycyrrhizin according to age (3y-5y80mg per time, once a day,5y-8y120mg per time, once a day;>8y160mg per time, once a day), for7-10days;Glucocorticoid treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment was given Methylprednisolone Na Succinate (1-2mg Per kilogram, per day, twice a day) for7-10days; Enzyme-linked immunosobent assay(ELISA) was performed to determine the level of IFN-y, IL-4and IL-17in the plasma. Results (1)The level of IL-4and IL-17of HSP group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=4.62,6.57; p<0.05, p<0.01), and there were no significant differences in the level of IFN-y between the two groups(t=2.01, p>0.05). There were no significant differences in the level of IFN-y, IL-4and IL-17between two treatment groups before the treatment(t=0.78,0.29,0.68; p>0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in the level of IFN-y of glycyrrhizin group between before and after the treatment (t=1.84, P>0.05), while IL-4, IL-17levels were significantly lower (t=4.02,3.24; P<0.01, P<0.05); The level of IFN-y, IL-4and IL-17of glucocorticoid group were significantly decreased than that of before treatment (1=2.56,5.22,5.07; P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.05).(3)In the glucocorticoid group the level of IFN-y, IL-4, IL-17in the plasma decline were significantly greater than the glycyrrhizin group (t=2.14,2.72,3.05; all P<0.05) between before and after the treatment. Conclusions Glycyrrhizin has significant immunoloregulation function on HSP children, and play it’s role possibly through inhibition of Th2, Th17cell overactivation, decreaseed the level of IL-4, IL-17in plasma, but its role in immune regulation of glycyrrhizin significantly less than glucocorticoid. |
