On the other hand, the public’s consciousnessrapidly promote traditional role consciousness growing friction with doctors,even, also with China’s medical and health institutions management modereform and innovation in contrast lag. Moreover, medical and health institutionshave realized the lack of ethical governance, be badly in need of a theoreticalsystem to make medicine, management, sociology, law, biology and othersubject integrate, to alleviate medical institutions ethical problems encounteredin the process of operation with theory support. Under this background, theHospital Ethics Committee arises at the historic moment. According to the datashows, although Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Zhejiang, Sichuan and otherprovinces municipalities directly under the central government for the investigation of the hospital ethics committee, but in view of the GuangxiZhuang Autonomous Region, empirical studies are relatively rare. Therefore, theaim of this study is through on-the-spot investigation and study, reflect therunning status of Hospital Ethics Committee in Guangxi.ObjectiveThe study is based on the collection and review related literature at homeand abroad, the Hospital Ethics Committee, head of the agency and medicalethics, expert interviews, and through expert consultation to design a suitablescale and questionnaire, and applied to the survey tool to Nanning top threeHospital Ethics Committee operation present situation investigation, understandthe basic situation. According to the result of investigation and discussion,analyzing the problems existing in the Hospital Ethics Committee, put forwardthe corresponding suggestion and reference for policy making.The Research ContentThe study is mainly composed of three parts:(1) The construction ofNanning top three Hospital Ethics Committee;(2) The Nanning top threeHospital Ethics Committee operational aspect;(3) Medical staff and patients orfamily members to the Hospital Ethics Committee cognitive situation.Research methodsThis study adopted literature study and questionnaire investigation, expertconsultation method.Results1.The Nanning top three hospital established Hospital Ethics Committee.2.On the construction of Hospital Ethics Committee organization committeemembers for (13.82±4.58), member of the senior title (11.36±4.65), medicalprofessionals accounted for79.1%, no1Hospital Ethics Committee has ethics experts.3.On the operation of the Hospital Ethics Committee: the Hospital EthicsCommittee meeting,100%had informed consent,63.6%to carry out educationand training activities,45.5%carry out exchange activities,72.7%informationis not open, there are regulations91%,81.8%of the committee director or thesecretary that the Hospital Ethics Committee was not effectively.4.The medical staff know Hospital Ethics Committee,91.6%received ethicaltraining and only3.6%have the ethics committee, only8.4%will take theinitiative to consult the Hospital Ethics Committee, the81.8%committeedirector or the secretary that the Hospital Ethics Committee was not effectively.5. The patient to the Hospital Ethics Committee cognitive situation is bad,79.5%don’t know the hospital ethics committee.Conclusion1. The Nanning hospital ethics committee established condition well; Membersof the organization construction to be rational, scientific, lack of ethics relatedworkers.2. The standard system of Hospital Ethics Committees are well, but it should beperfect.3. Nanning Hospital Ethics Committees operational aspect are not good.4.The Hospital Ethics Committee needs to strengthen its education, and tostrengthen the medical staff and the public education, improve the cognitivelevel.
