Objective Analysis the clinical distribution features and drug resistancerate and changing tendency of acinetobacter baumannii which infected inhospital, in order to offer reference for the clinical therapy and decline the drugresistance rate and increase clearance of pathogensMethod Selected the etiology and clinical data of inpatients who becultured was Acinetobacter baumannii, analyzed the clinical distribution andcompared with the difference of lastest years and different wards, find the drugresistance rate of the same drug. Results sputum is the highest proportion of558Ab strains inspecimens(70.07%)。ICU and burn unit isolated rate is higher than others.Strains resistant rate from the ICU department of higher than non-ICUdepartments. The rate of change in resistance Court2007-2013, cefoperazonesulbactam is the minimum annually.15kinds of antimicrobial resistance rates ofoverall monitoring of drug levels slightly higher than the national CHINET.Conclusions Ab in ICU isolation rate and resistance rate is higher thanothers; Isolated from the same period in patients who with multi-drug resistant strains had high mixed infection ratio. Cefoperazone sulbactam which is lowestrate can be used as the drug of choice in clinical infections.
