Research backgroundWith the rapid development of modern high performance aircraft and aero-space industry, pilots are exposed to positive acceleration environment atthe same time in performing a task。Research indicates that HSP70andHSP70mRNA expression has increased and protects the brain tissue afterpositive acceleration exposure of brain tissue. To understand the effect of+Gz exposure of hepatobiliary system and protect pilots in the positiveacceleration exposureˊs environment health, we study on the expressionof HSP70and HSP70mRNA exposure conditions in the relevant organs ofhepatobiliary system in positive acceleration. The experiments have beencarried out pre-experiment. This study has been supportted after achievingpositive results.ObjectiveTo observe changes of expression level of HSP70and HSP70mRNA inrat liver,and to discuss the significance of physiological and pathological of HSP70mRNA and HSP70,which are both induced by liver in exposureconditions of+Gz.MethodThere were100rats divided into4groups randomly,each group wascontained with25rats.One of the groups was blank control,and the otherthree groups proceeded in exposure conditions of+2Gz,+6Gz and+10Gz.The peak working time was3min,and the growth rate ofacceleration speed is1G/s.Then the anethertized rats which were exposedto6h,12h,24h,48n and96h,were obtainned liver tissue after beingsacrificed immerdiately.Using the expression level of HSP70mRNA andHSP70which were tested by relative quantitative method and Western blotprotein inprinting technology,finally experimental results were analyzedstatistically.ResultCompared with the control group,the expression level of HSP70mRNA andHSP70has rised,after6h、12h、24h、48h exposure to+Gz(P<0.05),butafter96h exposure to+Gz,the expression level of HSP70mRNA andHSP70had no increase(P<0.05).When being exposed for6h,the expressionlevel of HSP70mRNA and HSP70Began to rise,until12h it reached thepeak.While the control group did not have the change in this trend.At pointof the same time,in the respect of expression level of HSP70mRNA andHSP70under the+Gz conditions,the group+6Gz is highest,second is thegroup+2Gz,the group+1OGz is the lowest(P<0.05).After being exposed12h,the expression level of HSP70mRNA and HSP70of group+2Gz、+6Gz、+10Gz had the same trend.Experimental data are consistent with a normal distribution. variance analysis and rank test were used forstatistical testing and analyzing.ConclusionThe expression of HSP70mRNA and HSP70in rat liver is increasedexposed to+Gz conditions,which can enhance the protection of the liver bya compensatory mechanism to increase the expression level of HSP70.
