| Objective To investigate the influence of amisulpride treatment on sexual functionand prolactin secretion in male schizophrenia and treatment measuresMethods Research1:.60patients of schizophrenia were randomly divided into twogroups, each of which received either amisulpride (30cases) or aripiprazole(30cases)treatment for8weeks.The Arizona sexual experience scale (ASEX) wasself-evaluated before and after8weeks treatment, respectively. The positive andnegative symptom scale (PANSS) were used to evaluate treatment efficacy while sideeffects were assessed by treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS) and prolactin level(PRL) were measured in the same time. Research2:48patients of schizophreniareceived amisulpride associated with sexual dysfunction were randomly divided intotwo groups, each of which received either aripiprazole (24cases) or placebo(24cases)treatment with the same dose of amisulpride for8weeks. The Arizona sexualexperience scale (ASEX) was detected before and after8weeks treatment, respectively.PANSS, prolactin level(PRL), testosterone levels(T), luteotropic hormone levels(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone levels(FSH), Estradiol levels(E2),were measured in thesame time. Results Research1After8weeks treatment, ASEX scores, sex drive scores, sexuallyaroused scores, orgasms satisfying scores, PRL were significantly higher than before inthe patients receiving amisulpride. No significant difference in aripiprozole group. The therapeutic effects were nearly equivalent; And the side effects of both were weak.Prolactin levels had significantly positive correlation with ASEX scores within thewhole patients and amisulpride group after8weeks treatment. No significantcorrelation was detected between amisulpride dosage and either sex function orprolactin levels. Research2:After8weeks treatment,ASEX score and PRL weresignificantly improved in treatment group(p<0.05,p<0.001), ASEX score wereimproved and no changes in PRL in control group. There was statistical significance ofASEX scores and PRL between the two groups at the end of the eighth week. Nostatistical significance in ASEX scores and PRL between the2groups at baseline.PANSS scores, T, LH, FSH and E2differences were no significant between before andafter treatment in both groups. Conclusion Amisulpride has stronger effects in sexual function and serum prolactinof male schizophrenia patients. Receiving low-dose aripiprazole can improve theproblem。... |
