Sentence is the basic unit of verbal communication, good communication skills can help us sentence clearly express emotion, enhance interpersonal communication, and better integrate into society. In everyday communication, the use of declarative sentences to express the proportion accounted for a great part. When children with hearing impairment due to congenital hearing loss, resulting in verbal language development be affected, in addition to language rehabilitation training during rehabilitation division, too much focus on the clarity of speech training, so that hearing-impaired children and normal children’s ability to express the gap is widening. Only the use of simple and basic notional sentence, to a certain extent hindered the normal hearing-impaired children to communicate and exchange with the outside world, on their lives caused by the change.This study aims to cut the angle from the syntactic structure to declarative sentences as experimental material, said through a sentence imitation test to examine the form of normal preschool children and children with hearing impaired ability to express sentences, summarize its characteristics, and further enrich hearing-impaired children language proficiency assessment. And as a basis to develop preschool children with hearing impaired language intervention strategies, case studies of rehabilitation of hearing impaired children language skills training, in order for the preschool children with hearing impairment sentences ability to provide training reference.The main work of this research are:1. Preparating of pre-school children declarative expression of the test table, and establish the Shanghai Children pre-school declarative expression of normal reference standards;2. Pre-school hearing-impaired children declarative expression characteristics of research, analysis results, summarized its characteristics;3.Comparing normal pre-school children and hearing-impaired children on the ability to express differences in declarative sentences;4. According to preschool hearing impaired ability to express the characteristics of difference between the reference and normal children declarative children, raised corresponding rehabilitation strategies.
