Objective To detect allergic purpura (Henoch.Schonlein purpura, HSP) and allergic purpura (Henoch-Schonleinpurpura nephritis, HSPN) in peripheral blood of children with some molecular markers associated with coagulation and fibrinolysis. and to explore the early onset in children changing trends of coagulation and fibrinolysis systems and the impact of low molecular weight heparin. Methods In this study in March2011. November2013at our hospital nai’ve children with HSP and HSPN set of46cases observed object, and normal control13, no patients were normal children. Children with HSP and HSPN group were applied before the low molecular weight heparin, one week after the application, the application two weeks after the experimental time points, blood samples were taken to detect fibrinogen (FIB), fibrin degradation products (FDP), antithrombin iii activity (AT Ⅲ%), D-dimer (D-dimer) and other indicators of change, and compared with the control group corresponding test results. The HSP group and HSPN group before treatment,2weeks after the change of these indexes were comparedResults Before treatment results in children with HSP peripheral blood FIB, FDP, AT Ⅲ%, D-dimer values were significantly higher, statistically analyze the difference was significant,(P<0.05); HSPN group of children with the outer periphery of detected before treatment blood FIB, FDP, AT Ⅲ%, D-dimer values were significantly higher, statistically analyze the difference was significant,(P<0.05); heparin therapy one week were detected in peripheral blood of children with HSP and HSPN FIB, FDP, AT Ⅲ%, compared with pre-treatment of D-dimer values decreased, but still higher, statistically analyze the difference was significant.(P<0.05); heparin therapy after two weeks, the children were detected HSP and HSPN outer periphery blood FIB, FDP, AT Ⅲ%, D-dimer values were comparable to the control group, the difference was not statistically significant analysis (p>0.05). Pre-treatment of children with HSPN AT Ⅲ%, D-dimer levels higher than children with HSP (P <0.05). Detected after2weeks of treatment in children with HSPN peripheral FIB, FDP, AT Ⅲ%, D-dimer levels slightly higher than the overall HSP patients, but the difference was not statistically significant analysis (p>0.05).Conclusion early presence of disease in children with HSP and HSPN coagulation and fibrinolysis system balance disorders, peripheral blood in a hypercoagulable state and secondary fibrinolysis activity, but has high blood coagulation as the main performance, along with the application of heparin tends to balance the state.
