| Objective:1. To understand the factors of mental health status in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in different types and effects.2. Discussion on the psychological intervention in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and non implementation of psychological intervention, treatment compliance is no different, and mental health improvement situation differ.Methods:Select106cases of our hospital patients with pulmonary tuberculosis from April2012to September2013.There are50cases in clinic,and56cases inhospitalized as the case group, no significant physical illness psychiatric healthy subjects as control group, using interviews and self-administered method, using symptom checklist90(SCL-90table), a questionnaire survey was conducted on it, to understand the mental health status of patients with different types of pulmonary tuberculosis. Analysis of the factors affecting the psychological health of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Patients were divided into intervention group and controlResults:1. pulmonary tuberculosis patients with SCL-90Scale total score (135.93±16.57) higher than that of the control group (129.8±5.04), mainly in somatization, depression, anxiety, terror, mental disease. Single factor analysis showed:gender (t=-2.864, P<0.01), hemoptysis (t=4.35, P<0.01), treatment of type (t=2.212, P<0.05), per capita income (t=-4.72, P<0.01), whether local household registration (t=3.47, P<0.01) are the mental health status of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis influence factors. Multivariate analysis showed that:whether the local household registration, hemoptysis is the most important factor to affect the mental health status of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (all P<0.05).2. The intervention group and the control group (second months of intensive phase at the end of treatment compliance), there was significant difference (χ2=5.267, P<0.05), the intervention group compliance is better than the control group; the intervention group (136.08±10.24SCL-90score) and SCL-90score after intervention (124.28±5.44) more, t=7.407, P<0.05, mental health status improved significantly; control group before treatment SCL-90score (137.63±13.09) and strengthening the final SCL-90score (134.30±8.28), by t test,t=-1.560, P>0.05, no significant difference; strengthening the final intervention group SCL-90score (124.28±5.44) and the control group SCL-90score (134.30±8.28), by t test, t=-6.866,P<0.01.Conclusions and recommendations:Pulmonary tuberculosis patients in mental health level difference, mainly in somatization, depression, anxiety, terror, mental illness. In the study of factors, whether local household registration, hemoptysis is the main factor to affect t he psychological health of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. The level of mental health status of floating population, hemoptysis will affect the psycholo gical health level of patients, make patients more prone to mental illness, shou Id pay attention to the psychological health education of the floating populatio n and patients with hemoptysis. The psychological problems of pulmonary tube rculosis patients after psychological intervention can significantly improve, impr ove treatment compliance, the sputum negative conversion rate increase, clinicia ns usually in the treatment process, not only should have treatment in the ligh t of somatic disease patients, but also the psychological intervention should be aimed at patients with psychological problems, to carry out health education, strengthening the relevant knowledge and policy of pulmonary tuberculosis the propaganda, to enhance the treatment effect, make disease recovery. |
