ObjectiveEvaluate the change of T cell subgroup level after the treatment of DC-CIK adoptiveimmunotherapy combined with chemotherapy.Method1.124cases of primary esophageal cancer in shan xi tumor hospital were included in thisstudy.62patients who were only cheated with chemotherapy as the control group,2.the other62patients who were cheated with DC-CIK adoptive immunotherapy combinedwith chemotherapy as the experiment group.The patients in experiment group were extracted50ml peripheral blood before2days of the chemotherapy.we separate the mononuclear cells tocultivate DC-CIK cells,feedback the DC-CIK cells after two week in the end of chemotherapy.3. Compare the change of T cell subsets in two groups such as CD3+,CD4+CD8+,CD3+CD4+,CD3+CD8+,CD4+CD25HiCD127L0,CD3-CD16+CD56+,CD3+CD16+CD56+,CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+.meanwhile,compare the above data before and after the treatment in experiment group.ResultThe percentage of CD3+,CD3+CD8+,CD3-CD16+CD56+,CD3+CD16+CD56+in the experimentgroup rises generally (p<0.05), The different was not statistically significant on the rise ofCD4+CD8+,(p>0.05);the ratio ofCD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+,CD3+CD4+,CD4+CD25HiCD127Loincreased(p<0.05).The percentage ofCD3+,CD4+CD8+,CD3+CD8+,CD3-CD16+CD56+,CD3+CD16+CD56+rises generally after theDC-CIK cell treatment in the experiment group (p<0.05).the ratio ofCD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+,CD4+CD25HiCD127Lo,CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+increased(p<0.05).conclusive1.DC-CIK adoptive immunotherapy can improve the expression level of CD3+and CD8+of Tcells of esophageal cancer patients,it can enhance the capacity of killer cells in patients withtumor. 2.DC-CIK adoptive immunotherapy can improve the ability of NK,NKT cells selectively ofesophageal cancer patient.3.DC-CIK adoptive immunotherapy can reduce the secretion of CD4+CD25HiCD127Lo ofsuppressor T cells,it can reduce the anti-tumor immune response of body.
