Objective: dalian located at the southern tip of liaodong peninsula in China, as animportant port in northeast, coastal open cities, cities under separate state planning, overone hundred industrial development history. As the changes of the era is constantlyadjust industrial structure, the occurrence of occupational disease has been changing.At present the country from coal, metallurgy, chemical industry, construction andother traditional industries, to the computer, automobile manufacturing, medicine,biological engineering and other emerging industry and the tertiary industry, there arecertain occupational disease hazards, the occupational-disease-inductive factors in thecrowd the highest in the world in our country, the occupational disease prevention andcontrol work involves more than30industry. Experts pointed out that after theoccupational disease caused by the economic loss and control of occupational diseaseoccurrence and prevention of occupational diseases in the process of production inputproportion is7:4:1. The international labor organization estimates that each year about2.34million people worldwide die of accidents and work related diseases, occupationaldiseases are grim.To clear occupational disease incidence in dalian and affected by industrialstructure change, in order to establish more scientific and effective prevention andcontrol measures to reduce occupational disease pathogenesis, to improve the healthlevel of the workers, optimizing the allocation of resources to provide scientific basis. Methods: according to the occupational disease in dalian in2006-2012to reportcard data, including the ministry of public health of the People’s Republic of theformulation of the pneumoconiosis report card ","occupational disease report card".Using SPSS17.0statistical software for data management and analysis, descriptivestatistics method to describe the level of occupational disease onset, a dynamicsequence analysis of dalian in2006-2012the change of the occupational diseaseincidence, infection situation and the use of correlation analysis and economicindicators such as the relevant situation.Results:2006-2012new cases of a total of247cases of occupational disease indalian, the occupational disease onset of volatility in the proportion of the employedpopulation decreasing trend year by year.2006-2012, the added value of the secondindustry in dalian increasing year by year, but each of the added value of billions ofseveral basic a downward trend. From2006to2012in dalian new professional casesevery year with pneumoconiosis, poisoning, decompression sickness for major diseases.New occupational disease in247cases,7years,116patients with pneumoconiosis(47.0%), poisoning65cases, accounting for26.3%, decompression sickness in49cases,accounted for19.8%, other occupational disease of17cases, accounting for6.9%.Occupational disease onset gender composition changed little, the years are men.Occupational disease in dalian are mainly distributed in general professional equipmentmanufacturing, animal husbandry, fishery, coal and other mining mineral processingindustry, ships and floating device manufacturing and other industries. Occupationaldisease concentrated in the second industry, accounting for76%. Occupational diseasefocus on state-owned enterprises (soes),45.3%and27.1%to the private sector,10.2%for foreign companies see; Occupational disease incidence of37.7%for smallbusinesses, and37.7%for large enterprises,21.9%of medium-sized enterprises.Conclusion: from the overall trend analysis, with the adjustment of industrialstructure, dalian pneumoconiosis in2006-2012has a tendency to reduce, poisoning hasincreasing trend, decompression sickness assumes the volatility in each of the state.Ships and floating device manufacturing professional equipment manufacturing, general occupational disease incidence has a tendency to increase year by year. Coal and othermining, metal smelting and rolling processing industry occupational disease incidencehas a tendency to decrease year by year. The second industry’s economic growth, withoccupational disease hazards and laborer health damage in reducing year by year.Dynamic change from7years, dalian occupational disease onset before three ofpneumoconiosis, physical factors, chemical poisoning of decompression sickness.Occupational disease onset of key industries and equipment manufacturing, metallurgy,mining, chemical raw materials chemical manufacturing. Occupational diseaseincidence of pneumoconiosis is focused on the traditional industry of large state-ownedenterprises. Poisoning is concentrated in the relatively new small and medium-sizedstate-owned enterprises, private enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises. Decompressionsickness is concentrated in small private economies.
