| Objective:Through the relationship between the prevalence of mood disorders in women of childbearing age in Dalian city and its related factors, to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of mood disorders, prevention, and to provide reliable data and a scientific basis for mental health education in the crowd.Methods:Multistage stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select the subjects and the composite international diagnostic check scale ClDl3.0was used as questionnaire2058urban and rural residents who were18to60years old women of childbearing age in the investigation. Mood disorders were diagnosis by the diagnostic criteria of the American psychiatric association in1994formulated the DSM-Ⅳ, Chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis were used for statistical analysis.Results:(1) Dalian city women of childbearing age of mood disorders in30 days, December, lifetime prevalence rate was1.97‰and5.83‰and36.93‰, one of the severe depressive episode, December30days, the lifetime prevalence rates were1.46‰,4.86‰,33.53‰;(2) The prevalence of women of childbearing age in dalian mood disorders in different age groups, urban and rural, marital status, education degree, economic level, there is no statistical difference on the career;(3) Women of childbearing age in dalian mood disorders and menstrual factors associated with single factor analysis showed that:menarche age, birth control pills is associated with the disease condition of mood disorders (P<0.05);(4) By multi-factor unconditioned Logistic regression analysis results showed that age at menarche (OR=1.159) are the influence factors of mood disorders, menarche age the increase of the increase in the risk of mood disorders.Conclusion:The prevalence of women of childbearing age in dalian mood disorders in a higher level in the whole country, menarche age, birth control pills are closely associated with mood disorders, prompt comprehensive measures should be taken to reduce the occurrence of mood disorders, utmost ground to avoid exposure and related adverse risk factors, prevention and reduction of child-bearing age women of mood disorders. |
