Objective:This study selected patients with ischemic stroke as a clinical research object,Through the observation via comparing acupuncture overseers, ordinary acupuncture group and drug control group in patients with ischemic stroke BFGF, VEGF, NIHSS, MESSS and ADL influence,Preliminary discussion acupuncture tong du method to treat ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients with erve function defect mechanism, provide scientific basis for acupuncture, prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:Selected120cases of ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients, according to the time sequence, were randomly divided into acupuncture tong du group (group A), the common acupuncture group (B) and drug control group (C) three groups, each group40cases.Three groups on the basis of disease under the premise of conventional drug treatment, acupuncture and tong tai group on the basis of conventional acupuncture find using the suspended moxibustion, large vertebral spines will bleed, conventional find the Fengchi,Quchi, Hegu, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao.Match point:liver Yang BaoKang card with Taichong and Taixi; Wind phlegm obstruction collaterals card with Fenglong; Phlegm heat relieving empirical card with Neiting Fenglong; Qi deficiency blood stasis aerated Qihai, Xuehai; Yin pneumatic card with Taixi. Group B than in group C had significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusions:(1) Of three groups of treatment in patients with ischemic stroke BFGF, VEGF, NIHSS and MESSS have different levels of intervention.(2) Acupuncture tong tai group (group A) in patients with ischemic stroke BEGF, VEGF, NIHSS, MESSS and ADL intervention effect was better than ordinary acupuncture group and drug control group, prompt acupuncture through overseers method may have A better advantage in prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction.(3) Therapy and acupuncture on verifier operation is simple, exact curative effect, safe and reliable, economical and practical, for the treatment of cerebral infarction and prevention has a good application prospect.
