Theoretical Discussion And Experimental Research On The Treatment Mechanism Of Tao By Ajianqingying Recipe

The main purpose of this paper is to study the treatment mechanism of JiajianqingyingRecipe through reviewing literature and cell experiments.In the first part, we reviewed the general situation of studing TAO with traditionalchinese medicine; according to that, we consider blood stasis in vessels is the mainpathological base of TAO, and blood stasis which induced by the heat in yingfen is thepathological key of TAO, so, clearing heat in yingfen and making vessels withoutobstruction is a very effective method for TAO.Jiajianqingying Recipe has the effect of clearing heat in yingfen and making vesselswithout obstruction, so, we take it as the representative recipe of clearing heat in yingfenand making vessels without obstruction method. At the same time, we explain the theorythereunder of Jiajianqingying Recipe curing TAO.In the second part, we make drug-containing serum with the method of serpharm aco-logy, establish the cell model by H₂O₂, and observe the influence of Jiajianqingying Reci-pe on the survival rate, apoptosis, and the level of superoxide dismutase （SOD）, nitrogenmonoxide （NO）, tissue plasminogen activator （t-PA）. The results reveal thatJiajianqingying Recipe could allevate apoptosis, enhance the survival rate and the levels ofSOD, NO, t-PA. Jiajianqingying Recipe could obviously protect ECV₃₀₄ from injuryinduced by H₂O₂. So, we think that Jiaiianqingying Recipeis the effective agent to TAO.
