The four part is most import.From the P.Lipton’s IBE came out,it faced with objections and doubts,so how to regard these opinions is the theme of this part.we will reply to those objections and doubts,and indicate that if we develop and explicate P.Lipton’IBE,then it has no problem to treat IBE as a better description of induction.In additional,we also will show,IBE’ benefits for justification of induction are much more than P.Lipton had thought,we can exploit more treasure from it.Through discussion in the four parts we will finally understand that IBE has had a quite long history,it actually is inference to the loveliest potential explanation,and it is IBE that lighten the road we describe and justify induction.
