Research On The Evolution Of Insurance Market Exit System In China1949-2012

The insurance industry is an important part of China’s financial system. The perfectoperating mechanism of the insurance market, especially insurance market exit system, isthe basis of China’s insurance market to mature. Currently, there are many problems inChina’s insurance industry directly related insurance market exit system, the matureinsurance market exit system will help to overcome the problems, and promote thedevelopment of China’s insurance industry. In this dissertation, the author studies theprocess of insurance exit system gradually improving and then gives advice.In the first part, the author presents the theory of market exit and defines the contentof study. In the second part, the author describes the development of insurance after thePeople’s Republic of China founding. And in this period, insurance market exit systemtotally depends on executive power. In the third part, the author presents the developmentof insurance after1980, the insurance market exit system in china has been founded. Inthe fifth part, with the gradual improvement of China’s laws and regulations, the authorstudies the problem of insurance market exit system and gives solution.
